Setting up the modern audiology in Amir Alam Hospital (with the support of Prof. Hossein Morshed and Prof. Mohammad Hassan Khalesi) in 1972.

Setting up the Audiology Clinic in Faculty of Rehabilitationof Sciences of Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) in 1979 following the adult Audiology Clinic, Pediatric hearing testing room, Hearing aid

Establishing ENG Clinic in Amir alam Hospital, in 1976. for the First time
